Was arrested twice in a very short period for invalid license. I was unaware how seriously Brazoria County takes the charge. I was looking at a class A misdemeanor for the second offense and the state had not filed the first. I thought the best possible outcome could be time served and awaiting first offense but Mr Gonzalez got the second offense dropped to a Class C misdemeanor with $100 fine and no filing of the first case I had not even considered that possible in the outcome could not have been better
