My suggestions based off of my experience is to also do your own research into bankruptcy, educate yourself on financial planning, make a budget, and learn how to rebuild future prosperity. Your attorney or lawyer can only do so much for you because you too have to put in the effort as well to be successful in completing your plan. With that said Mr. Lovern knew the bankruptcy law well, was satisfactory which gave me reassurance, he was very respectful of my situation and time, and was straightforward, direct, and even sincere, honest, and trustworthy. We greatly appreciate Mr. Lovern for helping us through one of the hardest things and times in our life.
