Zimmer Law firm recently went above and beyond for Thomas and I. Changes in a trust usually takes about six weeks. They put ours through in three weeks as he is having open heart surgery soon. We have been with Zimmer since 2004. I have Always appreciate the way they stay current and up when laws change. A great and very professional group.

Zimmer Law Firm was professional and prompt while assisting us in developing a family trust. They were sensitive to our trust needs, answered our questions fully, and educated us on potential pitfalls in the creation of trusts. The staff was polite, personable and a pleasure to work with. A five star experience.

My experience with Zimmer Law Firm was very positive. They were very organized, thorough, and followed through on the the tasks that needed to be done.. They genuinely care about me and establishing the best structure and support for my estate plan.

Wasted $6000 because my attorney, Debra Slaughter promised that I was entitled to my entire estate. I brought my estate case to this law firm thinking that I was in good hands because of the good reviews. Debra made many promises to me about my fathers estate that she said is being stolen from me. She even said she is 110% confident that I will receive at least half of what my father owned which is why I took out a $3000 loan after she blew the first $3000 retainer. Debra is consistently late to meetings with me and often tries to reschedule. She was even late to court. When we finally went to court I received none of my fathers estate. So I'm out $6000 and $3000 in debt because I trusted this place and was made false promises. Nice job

The Zimmer Law Firm provided estate planning for my wife and I. Prior to our meeting, Barry (Mr. Zimmer) provided us with some materials to complete which we found very helpful in focusing our thoughts on what my wife and I had set out to accomplish. The initial meeting and subsequent meetings were always in a very comfortable setting. During these meetings, Barry asked us some very thoughtful questions that helped us produce the Plan tailored to our needs. Prior to our initial meeting, my wife and I had given a lot of careful thought to what we wanted in our Plan. However, Barry’s questions helped us identify some issues we had overlooked and he provided excellent advice, including several alternative ways to accomplish what we were seeking to do. The staff at the Zimmer Law Firm is fantastic. They are superb and knowledgeable professionals. It was clear to us that they shared Barry’s dedication to and compassion for their client needs. As example of this, our phone calls were always returned in a timely manner and our questions were always thoughtfully answered. When the Plan was finally put to writing, reviewed and executed, we felt significant relief from the anxiety associated with putting off what needed to be done for our children and grandchildren. I would also add that it was good to know that the Zimmer Law Firm would notify us of any changes in the law that could or would have an impact on our Plan. In other words, we felt that they would continue their relationship with us. In summary, what we thought would be a very difficult process actually turned out to be very good experience. I am hard pressed to think of any ways it could have been easier or better. These are but some of the reasons I give 5 solid gold stars to this Firm .
