I don't usually write google reviews but I want to write this for other parents who may have been in my situation unsure of where to start with legal help. I spent hours reading through reviews and decided to follow up on advice from a family friend to meet with Taylor. I was so impressed by our initial consult and left feeling like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. She is so knowledgeable in her field, very professional and I was blown away by her work ethic. I'm so glad I took the advice to meet with her and I hope I can pay it forward to any other parent who may be where I was combing through these reviews unsure of where to start. I initially met Taylor in 2016 for legal council that concluded in 2017. Knowledgeable, empathic, and confident. Even after the conclusion, was readily available after for any additional questions that I had regardless of schedule. Transparency of schedule and when to expect a call. Thankful for the legal support!

I had more than enough time get my self prepared for the situation. I would reccommend this law office to anyone.

I hired Taylor Long to assist in setting up a QDRO to deal with an issue with my separation agreement because Taylor was recommended by my divorce attorney. My initial email was not answered for weeks which should have been a red flag. When the paralegal/secretary finally got in touch with me I was told that Taylor basically couldn't be bothered to answer emails. In fact, throughout the entire process I never communicated with Taylor even one single time. The only saving grace was the paralegal/secretary (I honestly don't know what her title was) who unfortunately is no longer with the firm. In the end it took almost 3 months to get my QDRO completed. However, the QDRO was basically useless due to federal law overriding the QDRO. You'd think a firm who specializes in QDRO's would have known that and advised me as such. Silver lining was that there was a single line in the QDRO that helped me out in the future. I saved about what I spent, so I guess there's that.
