I’ve been going here since 2016. I started going for their Benjamin Moore Paints. The Older Paint Gentleman is always nice, & helpful. He goes above, and beyond in my opinion. In 2022 I purchased wood for my Pool Deck, and had a pleasant experience with that as well. I go there often to buy various things, and I have always been a Very Satisfied Customer. I was nervous to go in, because you never know how you will be received, but I can honestly say. They made all my fears go away. I truly get help when I need it there.
Terrible service at the paint counter when I walked in an hour before closing on a Saturday to get a paint color match. Heavy set guy working there seemed aggravated at my presence and left me standing there for 15 minutes without any attempt to help me out.
Ok So I Was A First Time Customer…Wanted To Try Benjamin Moore Paint… I was Not Greeted As I Entered The Store I Honestly Felt Very Uncomfortable.. I Took A Can Of Paint That I Wanted But The Guys Switched The Can A Let’s Say A Beater The Can is Dented For 85.. Dollars To Be honest I Got Better Treatment At Home Depot I Felt Like Race Played A Part But In My Head I Am Hoping That’s Not The Case I didn’t Get The Little Thing To Open The Can also I Didn’t Get A Stirring Stick To Mix The Piant At Home It Was A Horrible experience
This team has failed me and hasn't held up their end of the bargain more than once. After placing an order with Tony for material to do my deck, they said it would be here in a week. After two weeks of nothing I went back down and they said it would be another week, come to find out, he forgot to place the order with the supplier. Then, I had to order additional material like square edge boards, stair railing kits, and posts just to find it was again forgotten about, but when I did get them in they were all the wrong materials that were delivered without me being notified as promised. I went back down and spoke to Tony again to tell him and re-order the stuff I actually needed, which I had to pay for again and in his own word "we'll take care of of you" and said he would pick them up within the same week and refund me. Going on 3 weeks and no one has picked up, another guy called me after I followed up and tried to tell me all orders are final, I explained to him what Tony said, he said he will look into it. That was over a week ago and nothing. If you're keeping up, I paid for supplies I didn't order that was delivered and being forced to keep them roughly $1000 worth of it. Lack of follow up and double backing is the theme here.
Every time I go to Bushkas I immediately remember why. Their customer service is second to none and they spend the time to make sure you get exactly what you need. We’ve used them for custom countertops, specialized mill work, paint supplies and everything in between. They always come though for us and do it with a smile. Service like it used to be and still ought to be.
