Tifffany & Tiffany aka Tiffany & Brown "law firm" thrives off old forgotten debts.... they do not answer phone calls.... they charge ridiculous interest rates.... payment website is usually down.... I Owe roughly $3000 in principle with almost $10K in interest!! I don't even know what the interest rate is because they refuse to answer ! They are NOT transparent and refuse to provide any validity of the debt or answer any questions. They stay locked away in their offices and closed to the public. Matthew Tiffany refuses to answer any questions regarding the debt or take my calls. They take legal action and garnish you without notifying you and when your garnishment is over they give you a generous 2 days to contact them to set up a payment arrangement. When you call you get a message that says someone will return your call in 48 hrs but no one calls you back and they are right back in court garnishing you again. LEGAL ROBBERY.

They are in bed with Anesthesia Specialist. Typical they take your case for surgery not informing you they are out of network. Then Tiffany and Brown gets in the bed with them and sues you. Straight up scam perpetrated as a team. Everyone in courtroom was there for this same scam.

Will not communicate. Will not return messages. Did NOT make me aware of debt or court date. Matthew Tiffany just sent an email saying we could make payment arrangements IF there was anything left. Basically making it seem like he intends to take as much money as he can so there won't be anything left to make arrangements on. This company uses scare tactics and the interest rates are high.

Haven’t heard from them at all about a bill from 2010 when I had emergency c-section. Garnishment sent to my work, I called inquiring and it took them a month to call me back after multiple messages. The lady was nasty and kept cutting me off telling me it was my responsibility even though I had insurance and that because it’s 10 years old insurance wouldn’t pay it anyway. Told me I would lose my job over it. I never got anything letting me know this was happening and have asked for documentation which I have not received. Told me I had no choice. Everything was from NC when I lived there. Get an attorney, they will try to take you for debts they already got paid for. My insurance paid all but a small portion and they said they wrote it off and now they are making me pay for it with over 1K in interest. Greedy, nasty, unprofessional and rude!

Spoke with a wonderful gentleman named Matthew who was SUCH A BIG HELP. Definitely the kind of service that helps people remember that just because not everyone has a job where they’ll automatically be liked (ex. debt collection, tow driving, cable customer support, etc.) doesn’t mean they’re not people to be respected and thanked for their help. Shout out to Matthew! You’re an unsung hero! ????????
