I have collaborated with Todd Fox on several real estate related and probate and estate issues that have arisen over the years. Todd has always been attentive to my needs and has offered excellent advice in a clear and concise and kind manner. I would certainly recommend Todd as someone to reach out to with anything legally related.

Todd Fox did NOT want to defend my case properly. Took my $1500.00 retainer fee. I had to change lawyer in the middle of my court case. He didn't want to listen to my defense nor provide one. He didnt even provide my reponse to discovery to the court. It was very sad to be taken advantage of by his Law Firm. I wish for my money back but that will never happen…I have many saved emails to Todd Fox pleading for Mr Fox to defend me. I asked him can he at least take my defense to court. He denied my MANY requests. He was very negligent in my case. He didn’t care to listen for my plea to defend me. So he didn’t do what he claims in his response to this google review. He didn’t care about my defense. My new lawyer actually took the time to sit with me and take this case head on. I told him my lawyer doesn’t care for my defense. It was an emergency type situation. It was amazing the difference between Todd Fox that doesn’t care to DEFEND his client and the new lawyer who actually care about my case. I would have LOST this case if I did not get a new lawyer. I won the case with the new lawyer that I hired.

Todd was one of the sharpest and attentive lawyers that I have opposed in my 35+ year legal career.
