100% unprofessional. I submitted a request for a meeting using their intake form. They responded internally, CC'd to me, wondering if I have a mental illness before rejecting the claim outright. I work in IT and I'm somewhat familiar with the systems law firms use. The customer relationship management system used, Abogados Now, does not automatically cc the intake client unless it's deliberately added by the employee. Don't believe me? Read the e-mails yourself, and decide if that's the type of professionalism you want in a law firm.

Terrible people. Their lack of professionalism and communication was evident from the start. They missed crucial deadlines, provided vague and often incorrect information, and rarely returned my calls or emails in a timely manner. I felt ignored and undervalued as a client. Additionally, the billing was unclear and seemed excessively high for the subpar service I received. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking competent and reliable legal assistance.

Had them representing me for 3 years, when it came to the month of my trial they dropped my case and gave me 3 different reasons why. They have now delayed my case an additional 4 months and now I am scrambling to find a new attorney. These guys care about how much they make not fulfilling their commitment and helping people. They were unresponsive until the month of my case then dropped me that month. DO NOT USE THEM.
