Most unprofessional excuse for a lawyer. Doesn't possess ability to tell you in a professional manner that your case isn't worth enough $ to suit him. Rude & condescending, ignorant...worried more about the wrong people, rather than the one paying him, hinting at conflict of interest. DNT throw your money away on this fraud. Be worth a lot or get the runaround for a while... He'll still take your $ for the runaround and hassle though....

Absolute joke and rip off. I continually had to correct their mistake on divorce documents. Everything from dates, grammar, my childs name date of birth sex, date of seperation, mailing addresses. It wasn't once but several times and almost 5 year to complete. The obviously have no clue how to handle legal documents. On top of it all now they are tryingvto bill me more for work not done. If i could give negative stars it would easily be a minus 5 for every year they screwed up. I would have done better filing my own documents.

The ENTIRE staff was VERY helpful and understanding when a CLIENT. THANK YOU.

The worst decision I made during my divorce was to hire attorney Deluca to help. He was extremely unprofessional and did not answer phone calls or emails in a timely manner. All he cared about was getting as much money out of me and he could while doing to least amount of work possible.
