Attorney Deluca was recommend to me by a friend that has used him and I was very please with the outcome. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When it came time for the hearing I felt he was the only lawyer/case out of 8 or 9 that had their S*** together. After seeing the judge completely dismiss a case because the other lawyer of the elderly couple couldn’t answer a single question and had conflicting information, I was great-full to have Deluca who had every T’s crossed and I’s dotted. My only complaint is he is at times hard to reach and does not call on time when he makes an appointment but his attention to detail and knowledge is worth the wait. He was straight forward on the price and there was no hidden fees or surprises. It was worth every penny to have peace of mind that everything was filed correctly and timely. I would use him again for future reference.

I was TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH ATTORNEY de Luca's assistant lawyer who handed my unemployment case. He didn't ask enough questions, never asked my witnesses questions and I firmly believe that he didn't represent me. My medical documents were not questioned, and he gave the "ho-hum" attitude. I honestly feel he did not represent me.in my opinion , I can not recommend him to others.

I want to say thank you for all the legal help in your office. Friendly staff and if I had a question they would answer them or if it was after hour I would leave a message and they would call back the next day. First time dealing with bankruptcy and I never knew how fast it would be. Thank you for all you and your staff did. Also thank you for being very patient with all the questions that I might of had at the time. Definitely would recommend to my friends and family.

1 star is about the amount of effort this firm put into fighting for me. Mr. Deluca does an excellent job at selling his abilities and making you feel confident, until you sign the contract. Attorneys take forever to return phone calls and do very little to win your case. In my instance, I barely had much contact with the attorney assigned to me and he went to court completely unprepared. I provided him with plenty of viable evidence, which he used none of, it felt like he was just going through the motions. However, id rate this firm 5 stars based on their efforts to retrieve payment due, they'll contact you more than when they're supposed to be working on your case.
