We had a file processed by Ligris & Associates in 09, this year while selling the home we found of a number of issues that Ligris bypassed during their closing. Many title issues, improper discharge, before writing this review I reached out to them and never received an answer. No attention to detail nor proper diligence performed. I would not recommend. We did purchase title insurance, but that did not help with time being an issue.
