Mr. Wall is probably the best lawyer in fairfax. I thought I was dead to rights for a DUI case. But Mr. Wall took his time with my case, he knows his stuff and worked extremely hard fighting the prosecution team. Next thing I know my charges were dropped. I couldn’t thank this man enough. If you get into an unfortunate situation, do yourself a favor and call him!

Carlos is an amazing Lawyer I am glad I hired him. I was charged with a Reckless Driving charge and he was able to get favorable conditions to get me found not guilty on a technicality. He really knows the law inside out as well as the police offices, judges and prosecutors. I was very worried , but did the required community service , speedometer calibration and reckless driving course. He did not need those to get me off. Highly recommended !!!

Carlos represented me at a reckless driving case recently and I couldn't be more pleased with his service. Among the 6 lawyers I consulted, he was the only one that offered, with reasonable confidence, to aim to reduce the charge to failure to pay full time and attention, which is the most lenient outcome that carries no point and no record, in contrast with the 6 point, 7-year record offense that'd come with reckless driving. And that's exactly what he delivered. All other lawyers I consulted either shied away from even mentioning the possibility for the most lenient ruling or thought that'd not be probable, and instead would shoot for a 3-point/3 year record verdict of improper driving. The latter would be similar to an outcome I'd likely have been able to attain had I represented myself in court, given the nature of the incident. I'm impressed by Carlo's confidence and integrity in trying his best and looking out for the client's best interest. I'll be recommending Carlos to anyone I know looking for legal representation.
