Kind and caring attorney and office staff. Unfortunately the reason for the low rating is because Mr. Smith's office assistant is unaware of Mr. Smith's workload and personal matter prohibiting him from taking on new cases. It would have been a much better experience if Mr. Smith would have informed his staff so as to not waste potential client's time to email all of one's personal and confidential information, then schedule a consultation, only to find out he can't take another case. It makes a person wonder if Mr. Bailey Smith's financial interests and complexity of the case are the qualifiers for taking on new work. Contrary to a very well presented and marketable web site, this was not a very honest way to do business. Update: Dear Mr. Smith, appreciate your feedback and the 3 minutes of phone conversation informing me of your wife's illness as the reason for not taking my case. I am simply providing some constructive feedback, kindly requesting you to train your staff to better scrutinize and scrub potential new clients and to empower her to communicate more expeditiously if a case may or may not be of interest to you, before we each loose precious time. As I mentioned to you and your office staff; Sunny, after viewing your website, I have no doubt you are most capable and a compassionate attorney.
