This is a firm you want on your side. They did a amazing job on my car accident case. They really are 24-7. Brandon answered all my questions promptly even on the weekends. Steven got me an amazing settlement. He is the man! He even got my medicals lowered. This is a powerhouse lawyer you want on your side.
I used Andy for an owi i was charged with 2 years ago. He did what I asked, I couldn't be more pleased with him. However my bond money went back to to the firm last December( almost a year ago). The difference was 2,600 that was owed back to me. I spent the last months with excuses from the office and getting the runaround from them. Finally I received a call from Walter Alvarez himself saying he'd get to the bottom of it. A week later I got a check for 500 bucks and an excuse that they did a good job. I had a contract for a price on my case and he did not honor it. I'm now out 2,100. I'm in the trades and I work hard for my money if you're wondering how this guy has the money to put billboards up on all the highways in Northwest Indiana now you know. I would stay away from this firm, that's putting it politely.
The office staff was always polite answering the phones. The paralegal always there to answer my questions through email or by phone calls it may have taken time to get back to me but just had to be patient. Legal secretary calling to go over and make sure I understood what and how it was going to finalize. Attorney Steve Alvarez not settling and making sure he went the extra mile for me.
Very pleased with this law firm Brandon has kept me updated through out my case. Brandon and Nicole are Rock Star's. I would definitely encourage anyone to use this law firm. If you want a Rock Star lawyer then Brandon Morford at Alvarez Law that's the guy you need.
Absolutely MISREPRESENTED me. They screwed me over and for years and did nothing for my case. After that they tricked me into signing papers claiming that the case had been settled but instead it was to drop the case. (Thanks legal jargon) They refused to give me a copy of the contract from starting the case and treated us like trash because they knew they screwed up. They screwed us (we got rear ended by a semi that admitted fault on scene) as you can see from the pic the accident was early 2009 but was still ongoing mid 2012. They screwed this easy case like mine, what do you think they will do to a more serious one? Pic so they can't say they never worked with me or other BS.
