Unresponsive , does not return phone calls, emails, text messages, etc. family member has been in custody for 2 months , she had not visited him to talk about his case , she has not communicated with him in over 7 weeks. At his last court date for trial, she did not communicate with him prior to the trial date. We both still have no idea what is going on with the case. Or what is the current situation, strategy, what to expect at next court date. Completely unresponsive to both myself as well as family member in custody-not being able to call her direct. She is not fighting as a lawyer for my family member. While he sits in custody with no idea what is going on. Didn’t show up to last court date and also DID NOT give either of us notice that she was not going to be attending until morning of court date at 10:00am From observation, the district attorney employees are her close work friends. Leading to the conclusion = she does not fight for her client against the prosecution - which are her friends. 23 attempts in 2 months with zero response. We are both extremely disappointed and are at the mercy of a lawyer that does not care about you as well as purposely not fighting for your defense.

Did a great job on a A & B case, a case involving alcohol, and a divorce case. I was happy.

William White calls himself a lawyer but I don't think he is. I have been trying to talk to him or make an appointment with him for more than two years and they never give me the appointment or take the call, but I think he is a thief and a coward because he never answers. He hides from talking to me, he doesn't say the reason but I think what the reason is... he must have already stolen my brother's money and he doesn't have the courage to say it. It's a shame to put your trust in thief William White because the word lawyer is too big for him.... Jose chicas...

Horrible experience. It took them 7 years to settle a case to barely receive anything (mind you it was for a car accident). Spare yourself and go somewhere else. Thank GOD this is over. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

I have trial on monday and havent heard from attorney Jennifer white yet have to call multiple times to get a call back still waiting for a call back have no idea what to expect on monday.... scared never been threw this before in my lifetime
