South Sound Law Group is wonderful firm and took care of me on multiple occasions. When I called them, they had all the details of my ticket in hand and was able to inform me on what my next options were. They made me feel prioritized and confident that I was going to be taken care of. Matt was amazing, really took the time to speak with me during our complimentary consultation and answered all of my questions in detail regarding my ticket. I didn't get a sense that he was in a rush and he was super knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The main reason I write this review is for their legal assistant, Mallory. She's the first person you speak with when you call them. She was incredible to work with, easy to talk to, and spoke to me like a friend instead of a customer. She didn't give me any sense that they just wanted my money, was very transparent, and she answered all of my questions that I felt other law firms would've charged me for. She's the reason I will be working with them if (heaven forbid) I get into any legal trouble again moving forward. They're very lucky to have her. As a result of working with them, Matt showed up to court on my behalf, got my ticket dropped, and saved me lots of money on my car insurance.

Erin White is on top of all of the technical aspects of a case.
