This lawyer was amazing! I want to thank him and his staff for a job well done! It took a bit of time to get it done (not his fault) and we were happy with the result! I would recommend him anytime!

I have to admit I had a very good experience three years ago with the office of Mr Gonzales. This time the story has been different, and the case not very well handled. We used Mr Gonzales’ services and realized very quickly that the communication was very difficult. It was impossible to talk to him as the secretary was blocking the calls. We then consulted with another office and realized that Mr Gonzalez should have re-schedule the court day, but he did not do it. It was his second mistake after the lack of communication. We then decided to hire the other lawyer as we were extremely dissatisfied with Mr. Gonzales availability and proper communication with us. After we hire the second lawyer, I asked Mr. Gonzalez for a refund as I was unsatisfied with his services. I knew he did not spend a lot of time and I was expecting a partial refund. I asked many times for the refund situation, and it was always “Yes, I will have a response to you by the end of next week”. In any other business when you are not satisfied, you can talk to the manager and fast track the issue, here this is not possible as all call gets handled by secretary A, B, or C. The situation is this office is trying to take as many deals as possible with many secretaries, but Mr Gonzales is not having enough time with his clients, and the communication is falling. Not having a partial refund is not tolerable as the basic communication is nonexistent. Be aware before signing.

After hearing all the good thing about Gonzales I've decided to hire him myself for N400 application. This has been going on since about 2010 and I'm still waiting on some sort of resolution. Up until about 1 year ago when he decided to change his staff in the office I want to say everything was somewhat ok. Now he has the rudest most unprofessional staff ever, not willing to help unless you threaten them with wanting to stop using Gonzales as the representative. I don't recommend going here for your immigration needs not because of the lawyer but the staff that's working there

I don't believe Mr. Gonzales is an honest lawyer. He was supposed to help me with my brother's deportation. He didn't showed up by phone to 2 of his hearings. My brother was tired of his poor service. He signed his right away and was deported. I believe Mr. Gonzales only cares for his business and his money. When I called him about these situations, he was very sarcastic. He charged us 5k plus consultation and any paperwork. I truly believe anyone who is seeking for a lawyer could do better.

My husband and I have been a client with them for over a year. They take their sweet time getting their paperwork ready. I have heard many times that the lawyer is too busy to get my paperwork done. I have been trying to get in contact with the lawyer for several weeks and cannot get a hold of him. No one in the office will let me talk to him. They play lots of games and after you sign a contract of how much you will be paying for the services, they add another couple thousand to the price. Still working on my husbands paperwork. I have written them and called many times and still nothing is being done! Beware of this lawyer.
