So disappointed! Mace Had my son take a plea agreement and told him there was a good chance he would get probation ( honestly I didn’t think that would be the case & told my son not to expect it.) He gave him false Hope. During the sentence, Mace just sat there and did not say a word! Plea deal stipulated the DA would not recommend charges, and the Judge would set the punishment. At the very beginning, the DA broke the agreement. When he realized he broke the agreement the DA stop mid-sentence and said “maybe Mace would object and ask if they both could step up to the Judge Podium.” Mace looked confused and stood mid-court room staring at the judge for direction! He was shooed back to his table where he sat and didn’t say a word! Some of the things said were not accurate, Mace did not correct. It was as if he didn’t have a clue as to what was going on! My son did not get probation as Mace was insinuating he would get. He was given the Max! I feel a public defender would have done a better job or at the least my son would have gotten the same results! That would have been 10K saved or at the very least given to the victim's Family!! Mace appeared disheveled and not tuned in- Honestly, If Mace would of faught for him in court & my son would received the same results, I would of been satisfied.. But, Mr. Yampolsky sat at the table seemingly to fight his sleep- I’ve used Mr. Yampolsky in the late 90’s & thought he did a great job. This is why when my son found himself in trouble I pulled my resources together and called him. But, times have changed or Mace is just a Lame duck Attorney who is at the end of his career and trying to get all the money he possibly can.. This is what it feels like, but he have to realize everyone don’t have 10K to give for a shitty deal. A deal I believe Public Attorney could have gotten. He shouldn’t play With people lives in such a way- Sorry for any mistake I’m my grammar. I’m just pisst!!

You won't find a more effective and dependable firm to go above and beyond their call of duty so to speak in representing you. Things happen in SIN CITY.. it's world famous for bending rules here... this firm was highly recommended to me in 2016 by another defense team in California to give me the best chance to try my case with never even meeting me in person. I hired Mace Yampolsky to represent me in a federal felony case. It was a case involving writing inappropriate pain medications I talked to Mace about it. Since there were other health professionals under my supervision I could’ve been charged with conspiracy. If I had been charged with conspiracy, I would’ve gone to prison for a very long time. At this point Mace intervened and I was only charged with 2. counts . Mace is so easy to talk to and he supported me the whole way through. My case was continued for 2 years and Mace was always there for me to talk to either by phone or in person The prosecutor wanted a prison sentence of 6 months and a $10,000 fine. At the end of it all due to Mace’s expertise and great arguing skills, I ended up getting 5 years of probation and 200 hours of community service.
