I used this firm to sell 2 houses. The first property was easy. The second one was not. The most sour part of the whole experience is how this firm could be better about: 1. clearly explaining what is going to happen and progress reports when delays occur. Most clients don't buy and sell properties regularly and this process is bananas. 2. share how you are advocating on behalf of your client (it felt like the buyer's law firm delayed and pushed everyone around for redundant requests) 3. provide accurate documents that don't require editing by the client's notary. My notary had to edit the first batch and then I was required to get additional notarizations for "clean documents" but, those resent documents also required editing by the my notary 4. clearly explain how to submit docs once the client completes a task 5. use esign options more efficiently and consistently 6. explain the charges before presenting clients with a final bill just hours before a sale is closing

I when I called the office to deliver paperwork, the girl who answered was very rude to me , she huffed, and then hung up. I simply ask if someone could meet me outside to collect paperwork. I also needed a copy of the paperwork. I was told by this immature girl that she didn't have time for that. A few moments later, a nice lady came out and helped me. It took only 3 minutes for my request. I couldnt go inside because the office is not handicap accessible.

Tenant friendly eviction lawyer!? It's bad when the housing court mediator is asking your legal counsel why certain actions were not taken. Uninformative, mistakes on court paperwork like wrong address, then being told that everything was filed with the court after following up several times, 2 months passed and then the paperwork was actually filed. This delayed the eviction MONTHS while tenants lived rent free and trashed the apartment.

Attorney Gregory and her staff are dedicated to helping their clients. The flat fee closing pricing to close home deals is really great. During my transaction Yona and her staff were always available to answer any and all questions. They return calls and emails very quickly. Would work with them again without hesitation.
