I'm one of the many 5 star happy reviewers here, to have won a great success for my case of a traffic incidence. I agree with those comments left by other reviewers "Wenholz|Dow law office handles case straight forward and resolving a case rapidly." My case was a bit complicated due to the negligence from traffic officers involved, handled my case poorly and unprofessionally. A simple common sense case that "failed to yield the right of way on a left turn is against the law" became a nightmare to me last for almost 5 years. Thanks to attorney Jack Holtzman, my case has been resolved in less than one year after he took my case. Sure I highly appreciate other law firms helped me a lot in preparing my case and collected a lot of important evidences. Especially referred me to Wenholz|Dow law office at the last stage of the legal process. Now I firmly believe that a poor small potato like me, will live upon the help from many resources, especially from the kind help from Wenholz|Dow law office.

Highly recommend Dave Wenholz and his team. No one likes to deal with legal matters (and with lawyers), but Mr. Wenholz is a nice guy and very competent. We wanted to go the least litigious route, so he helped us with mediation. Dave understands the art of negotiation and seems to really care about getting a fair outcome for his clients. He and his staff respond quickly to questions, and communication is great.
