I was told by paypal they closed my account due to a court order? Im a 60+ yo housewife. I dont fit the profile for any high crimes?! No help from anyone, no reply for my requested back up info. very crazy making!!

A fake paypal account and credit card was opened in my name and I ended up with a collections notice. After dealing with Paypal for hours they gave me a ticket number and referred me to this legal agency. I thought I would be receiving help but after 8 email interactions with this agency they told me they won a lawsuit against me and I owed them money. They never once actually read my emails where I say I was a victim of identity theft or attempted to help me. Stay away. I called Paypal again and they have begun an investigation.

This company is really rubbish. Don’t do business with such scam companies. There is really no bottom line in order to make money.

GBC came recommended...After calling several times and sending an email I have yet to receive a response from PK....very unprofessional...
