Having Robert represent me was a huge weight off my mind because I could feel safe and confident that the needs of my children and myself were important and would be met through his representation. Just want to give a five star review to my divorce lawyer Mr. Pollack as my way of thanking him and his people for the fine job that was done for me in my divorce last year. Actually, Mr. Pollack was my second attorney. I had to let my first one go because nothing was happening with the first. Mr. Pollack did my best friend’s divorce and actually forgot about that recommendation so I was six months in with my first lawyer when I remembered; fired lawyer #1, hired Robert; within a week things were happening. He woke up my ex. She had no attorney; she refused to get one; now she got one and that was a good thing. We had our first meeting at Mr. Pollack’s office about six weeks later and then only one more meeting was needed. The case was settled less than five months after I hired Mr. Pollack and it was a fair settlement for both of us. The legal fees paid to his firm were really fair; less than I expected; less than what my wife paid her lawyer actually and Mr. Pollack really did most of the work. But in any case, Mr. Pollack is a great divorce attorney who knows what he needs to do for you and how to get you there; listen to him because he is a smart guy. He worked very well with the other lawyer but clearly controlled the situation at all times. I felt as if I was always on the winning side.

I hired Mr. Pollack’s firm for my divorce in early 2022 after meeting with a few attorneys before him. I was really impressed with his knowledge, how he explained things to me so clearly and patiently and how he did not put down my wife. I say that because the other three attorneys did put her down. I guess they thought I would like them better if they told me how horrible she was. I thought that tactic was really unprofessional since we have two children together. Mr. P. made me feel at ease and in the end I certainly did make the right choice. He is a smart man who is a proactive problem solver. He is truly there to help you. He was at my side to protect me but also to keep my family together the best possible way under the circumstances. The divorce is over, my children seem ok and my ex and I are friendly. I guess that is the best you can hope for. Mr. Pollack was a pleasure to work with and is a true gentleman and a fine lawyer. Highly recommended.
