Signed on with this firm June 2016 and STILL no help no word. Bret Cook the assistant just puts us off. They sent one letter (after 3 months) no reply. What type of Firm waits over 7 months to SAY they will file Suite now? They've sent 2 letters tops. I called the office last week and was told our case wasn't even in the system. Can't tell you how much time we have waisted with this firm. They have ruined a good portion of our case. Providing us with ZERO direction and not much help at all. We are getting a new lawyer and The Foster firm will most likely try and put put a lien on our case for "work" they have not done. It is so sad that Lawfirms can operate this way. People are counting on you for help. Save your time, energy and your case. Don't bother with this firm. He's "too busy"
