Description:
Defendant appealed the Court's sentence entered following his guilty plea to class A felony Child Molesting, class C felony Neglect of a Dependent, class C felony Child Exploitation, class C felony Criminal Confinement, class D felony Battery, and three counts of class D felony Intimidation. As a Deputy Attorney, Ms. Romine advocated on behalf of the state that the sentence was appropriate given the aggravating factors involved in the case.
McReynolds vs. State of Indiana
Outcome:
Ms. Romine argued that babysitters are not privileged to use corporal punishment and it is not a defense to battery. The court affirmed the conviction and accepted Ms. Romine's position which established new law for the state of Indiana.

This was the WRONG choice for my case!!! Tiffany did not represent me diligently or read the contract. Tiffany refused to argue my case based on the facts. A downright refusal to represent me. I had to write a letter and basically resolve my case myself and negotiate a settlement. If you need an attorney who will just fill out and file paperwork this is your gal. But if you have a valid argument and need a litigator familiar with contacts, do your self the favor and find another attorney. When reviewing the communication between Tiffany and myself, other Attorney’s literally asked me if she was working for the other team??? Smh
If want professional piece of mind then you will find it here. No games, straight to the point and they really want the best for you. I was an emotional mess due to an ongoing landlord/tenant issue, but it all worked out. Thank you, Lucy
Tiffany called me for a phone appointment. She was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and told me the steps I need to take. I honestly wish I could rate negative stars... I was shocked at the lack of professionalism from this lawyers office. We had a simple consultation set up for a 10:30 appointment. Attorney never called. I called her offices at 10:50 only to have her unskilled receptionist answer with attitude and no clear answer to why my appointment was missed. The receptionist explained the attorney must of gotten busy and mentioned the was “just the receptionist” and would have the attorney call ASAP. I tried reaching Ms Travillion’s office around 3pm after not hearing from her as of this point. Another more professional receptionist answers this time, she apologized for the inconvenience and stated she would have someone reach out right away! Guess what....no call back!!! Even with my frustration I attempted to try one more time to speak with and. Travillion. A new receptionist has answered and attempted to set a new appointment for more than a week away. I have figured at this point this is NOT an office I want to use. I truly hope Ms. Travillion rectifies the lack of professionalism in her office. I would never recommend her or her offices for anything. She’s not prompt, nor professional. Don’t waste your time.
