I contacted Robert S Friedman Law Offices to return a phone call from Debbie, and was treated with the most unprofessional and disgusting rudeness I've EVER experienced in my entire professional career!n I was simply returning a phone call to obtain details on a case of one our clients and was completely disrespected. In the middle of asking a question she literally told me to be quiet and quit interrupting her. She also told me that she would send my client to court if I didn't personally apologize to her. She then proceeded to hang up on me and my office supervisor. if you are considering using this office for any type of professional purpose, I would KEEP LOOKING! I will filing a formal complaint against her.

This "Law Firm" needs to go back to customer service school. I totally agree with the last person's review that Debbie that works in the office is EXTREMELY rude and apparently having a really bad week. Too bad they don't understand that their lack of customer service reflects their business. Tried talking to Debbie's boss and she was WORSE. Sad, really. I guess they don't screen their people before hiring.

Debbie the paralegal that works in this office is unprofessional and rude. If you enjoy being treated in an unprofessional manner I would consider the Law Office of Robert S. Friedman a great place to have your professional service conducted, however, if you want to be treated like a human and with respect and dignity I would HIGHLY encourage you to take your business elsewhere where their embodies professionalism and ethics. Also, this legal office is not accredited with the BBB.

I called the offices of Robert S Friedman with a few questions about a case for a client. The receptionist was polite and professional and transferred me to the person I assumed was assisting with the case. The person on the other end was one of the most unprofessional, condescending and rude individuals I have come into contact with during my professional career. I can't speak to the level of service or efficacy of Mr. Friedman, but I would advise anyone against pursuing legal services if they have to go through his assistant to establish representation.

Never recieved any papers stating i was being sued by these idiots and dont even know what for! Call the office but no response. I think they got the wrong person
