My sister’s case was a very complicated case. In my family many of us carry the PSEN 1 gene which is a form of Dominant Familial Early Onset Alzheimer’s and because of this she found herself in a very bad situation and had no say with her life and the hardships that followed. We counseled with a few other Attorneys that really were not too sure how to handle her case. We started with legal aid in Orange County but they were only able to start the processes. It is difficult for my sister to speak due to her disability and I needed someone to speak on her behalf. We were advised by the judge to seek represented by an Attorney or the judge was going to dismiss the case. Diana had not seen her kids for at least 5 months and her soon to be ex-husband is a very difficult person who refused to work with me on visitations for her and the kids. When we first met Attorney Linda Lindsey my sister and I drove home knowing that we were in good hands. Throughout the whole ordeal Ms. Lindsey was informative, patient, kind and professional. Ms. Lindsey prepared us, and gave us the confidence we needed when it came to family mediation and returned calls when we needed to speak to her. In the end with me as her Guardian ad litem and Attorney Linda Lindsey by our side, Diana received what we had hoped for. Diana now has regular visitations with her children and her ex-husband and I communicate via text. Attorney Linda Lindsey was very fair with her fees. She is very knowledgeable in family law and seems to work very well with the other Attorney which I feel is a plus. She keeps us informed so we are not in the dark. Ms. Linda Lindsey knew exactly what needed to be done in my sisters’ case and was even willing to keep fighting for more visitation time. Ms. Linda Lindsey took on a difficult case and made it a walk in the park for us. I highly recommend her and if I need an attorney again, I would definitely call on Attorney Linda Lindsey. This is just a wide review of my personal experience, you as prospective client make lots of questions at the first interview. Good luck! Mrs Linsey was hired to take over my divorce of 2 months marriage. I previously filed it myself because it was so easy no kids, no common assets but suddenly it took a turn my ex-hire an attorney and it got so complicated with all the misleading statements they filed, Mrs Lindsey side it with my ex wife or the attorney to the point she didn't listen my requests, we had 2 court hearings and Mrs. Lindsay against my will walked out of the courtroom while in session to dialog with respondent attorney, on the last hearing both attorney requested judge "off record chamber meeting" against my will, I provided all requested/related documentation to refute every misleading statement other party had, but she fail to do a fair litigation of my case. At last she told me she had to drop my case because I was not a good client I did not trust her or I was racist. Her fees are not as high as other firms that's why I gave her 2 stars. Ask, ask ask lots of questions a divorce on its own its a nightmare.

My mom came here just for advice to help prepare her documentation for divorce court. The firm initially quoted $60 via phone for consultation and when she got to the office receptionist told her consultation was $100. Very unprofessional! Lied! During the entire consultation kept saying she cant help my mom and would charge $15000 to retain her services. Wouldnt give any information, wasnt helpful, rude, waste of time and money! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
