Wow!! - I can really relate to ALL of the negative reviews!! - they are spot on!! Annette and her cohorts DO NOT even deserve one star. Heed the negative reviews!

My ex and I agreed to use Annette Burns as a parenting coordinator in our family court case, so this review is limited to that role. In a nutshell, she was terrible! I found her judgment, dedication and thoroughness before making decisions to be lacking. The best testament I can give to the quality of her work is the fact that out of the four total recommendations she submitted in our case, THREE of them were overturned by the judge. Buyer beware: The rules in AZ have changed that give parenting coordinators the power to make decisions on behalf of your case without the ability to appeal to a judge. Having a judge that gave our case the appropriate attention and deliberation it deserved was the only saving grace for our family.

Annette T Burns was assigned as a parenting coordinator on our family court case in 2016. She did so many bad things on our case, so many bad things, absolutely horrible. She created and contributed The Nightmare Of A Lifetime, 1 example she advised father to appear to pick up our child during mother’s parenting time, and father did. The Scene ended up very ugly, witnessed by so many. We were completely humiliated and it was all because of Annette T Burns. She asked the court to sanction a parent that supports the child with attending one of the best highschool in AZ, engineering highschool!! There are so many more things she contributed on our family court case to make it The Nightmare Of A Lifetime including hide very important information involving education from the court. There are a whole lot more...... She absolutely does not deserve a one star listed here. She is absolutely very far from the one star rating based on her actions on our case.

Annette works on a task force unit with the courts, the attorney general, judges, and other lawyers, it's a big club, and we're not invited, they all meet and figure out ways to generate monetary gains off of the public, it makes no sense they all have inside information, no separation of powers, none of these people have delegated authority, the STATE OF has say so of your offspring or as they call them children, because as parents we abandoned our children we gave them up as security to the STATE OF, we are all wards of their corporate construct system, the game is about to change I have arrived and I will be hunting down these criminals lawfully, they are all foreign agents, for a foreign government, everything is commerce, file an assumed name for which you claim, pull their oaths of office and start studying estate, trust, will, and testament. Because if you register with the state their in control as you are lacking knowledge to govern yourself in a trust or estate plan, I am going to be the worst nightmare for criminals, as I am 666, 777 a level three in electromagnetism, I will strategically master this system very soon, it's going to be a great show in the republic, as we will soon find out who has delegated authority and whom is making monetary gains off of families for profit all with an end intent of destroying families and making the STATE OF everyone's daddy. Psssss, the STATE OF is a corporation, do not consent, do not sign, do not give a financial report, do not give any of yourself to this corruption of a state, they do not care for the flesh, they only care for financial gain off of families pains. Subrogation, bonding, assumed names, secured parties, foreign trust, challenging language fraud, GLOSS, GLOSSA, again it's all a game, and for the most part, these public privileged elected or appointed servants are running rampant fraud on the general public, good day...

She only gets 1 star since you can't put a zero. We used Annette Burns as a Mediator and she let my ex-wife alter a rule 69 agreement after I had signed it and left the building. The altered agreement was used by Family Court and will cost me $44,000. That gets you a zero in my book.
