Mr. Scarpati is hands down one of the best lawyers I’ve met. He is an honest man & will not steer you wrong. He clearly explains the process & is upfront with what the possibilities & outcome of your case could be. He helped my mother with her immigration case & is now helping my father as well. My parents have been scammed by many other lawyers but Mr. Scarpati has been a saving grace for us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone seeking an immigration lawyer!

I feel that i was robbed by this man. Charged me $1000 to help me with my divorce and after days of calling to find out. To have an update on the case all he did was make a call to the previous lawyer that was handling my case and told me all I knew and then he said that there was nothing else that he could do. No being enough he then told me to call back in a week to see if he could continue to help me. Honestly the worst experience I had. Add to that, the ladies that work with him and you have a complete waste of time and money.

I can only say good things about him.. I appreciate everything he did for me and my husbands immigration process.. I highly recommend him he explains everything how is going to be and it went exactly how he said it would..

The worst experience that I had it with a lawyer .. I went there because a friend recomend me .. don’t go with this lawyer .. he it’s not patient .. He doesn’t allow u to explain ur case .. he said u how much will cost u the case and no allow u to discuss the price .. he did not review the papers that immigration gave to my sister for asylum he just said her price..it’s a big price .. I asked him if my sister could work with osha but without have problems with ICE .. and he said really upset that he can’t break the law .. then he gave the folder to my sister almost trough it to her hands .. and said if u decide to get the services u know the prices and said thanks like saying get out of my office .. That it not the way to treat a future client .. that’s not the way to talk a person that it’s looking for help .. Need to be kindly with the people .. also he did not gave any guarantees that the asylum could be accepted .. so if we are going to pay the big amount that he said, we need to hear everything from a lawyer .. that it’s why we are looking for help .. this lawyer it’s not good idea for a immigration case ..
