Anthony Radogna knowingly and willfully helped plot lies and create a false/ fictional defense against a California State Bar complaint against a bad lawyer that hired him. They knew that when they answered to allegation of my complaint to the California State Bar that they did NOT do so under penalty of perjury. Most people don't realize this fact that lawyers or the lawyers they hire to defend them against complaints with State Bar Of California when doing their written answer to the complaint from the client don't, I REPEAT DON'T DO SO UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY. Let that sink in for a moment. So, many lawyers simply lie. Anthony Radogna used to work for more than 5 years as an investigator within the California State Bar Office Of The Chief Trial (OCTC). Can you say Conflict of Interest? Anthony Radogna defended the lawyer I filed a complaint against is no different than all those who aided and abetted Thomas Girardi cover ups inside the State Bar Of California. I called Anthony Radgona right after I read the State Bar letter which explained the lawyer had to go to State Bar ordered classes for bad conduct but it was just a slap on the wrist. I told Anthony I would be self representing in a malpractice case against his thug client. Anthony told me he would not be representing Opdahl in any future matters. So, he helped Opdahl get way with conduct ANY lawyer would have been disbarred for without any conscience. The lawyer Terese Laubscher in the Office of the Chief Trial Counsel and investigator on that complaint, Mathew Tallmer were both fired right after. Both Laubscher and Tallmer told me Neil Opdahl Lopez did commit malpractice against me and that I should pursue a malpractice lawsuit, but they informed me Opdahl DID NOT have malpractice insurance at the time. Lying lawyers will like this review, anyone that filed a complaint against a lawyer that hired Anthony Radogna will understand and agree.

Anthony is an amazing attorney dedicated to his clients. I would recommend him to anyone. He took on my case during the holidays and because of the deadline, needed to work on it well into dinner time on Christmas Eve when he had family to attend to. He was kind and skilled.
