Definitely 1 star because it won’t let me rate 0! Robert Guerra is a crook! I hired him for my divorce. Here I am almost two years later he doesn’t answer my phone calls, is never in the office. I called the court house and they don’t even have a case for me! Can’t find my name in the system. Nothing! Been given the run around. Paid in full and still has nothing done. DO NOT COME TO HIM!! He will only take your money and do NOTHING!

I contacted this immigration service agency in 2012 for help with submitting my first DACA application. I’m 26 now and I came across paperwork and their name popped up. I’d like to review the service my family and I received. The associates were unprofessional and did not communicate; because of this, my DACA case was deemed “abandoned” and I had to reapply. Double the filing fees + lawyer fees. We never received a call, email, or letter in the mail—all I needed to submit was a photo identification card. Mr. Uke was unprofessional and rude, stating “I’m not here to babysit or call you about your case”. His office did not provide evidence of placed phone calls, emails, or letters—no form of contact was initiated. In the end, a 19 year old who submitted their DACA application on their own was approved—no lawyer needed.

Never in the office, doesn’t answer the phone, abandoned the case half way through even though it took him 2 years to even submit the case after getting paid. Very unprofessional.

I hired this office to help me with my divorce and I took forever after many calls with no answer to this office I decided to call the courthouse my self and investigate what was happening with my case, the clerk told me that my divorce was finalized 3 weeks ago so next day I pick up my paperwork, one month later I received a call from this office to let me know they had my divorce paperwork ????they suck After this incident my new wife decided against my wishes to use his services and after a year and a half she lost time and about $ $5000 in fees for immigration and he's fees also because he didn't follow the case and immigration denied the petition ???????????????? stay away from this crooks
