I was in need of a guardianship attorney I searched the Internet and found Barton Levine. We met for a free consultation. He showed up half an hour late deshoveled. But I don't judge people on their appearance we spoke for about an hour and he appeared to be suffering from add but I wasn't sure in any even I gave him a check and told him I would think about retaining him and if I did decide we would meet to sign a formal agreement. The following day I tried to contact him by phone and received no answer again I tried to contact him with no answer finally I recieved a reply saying he tried to cash the check and it did not go through. I can't understand why an attorney would try to cash a check without a formal agreement. I would be very cautious of this man, there seems to be a lot of people like him out there.
