I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Michael Rabkin since 2007 and continue to work with with him today. horrible communication, overpmoney. This was mostly paralegal work. Just recording with city they char even for a phone call with receptionist Dropping off papers to the front desk - it a problem with them. Answering email to clarify-they charge. If you ask questions via emails- its to much questions and you are a problem. I was drowing my papers, it was not good. So I was trying to get answers to what kind of hand drawings are fine, drawing fine and why my drawings were not good. And letter we found out that they had the blue prints ( city did not have). They could have charged me for the blueprint. i did not have to email or make phone calls. They sent two bills, one supposed to be a lawyerx5 more than what paper was indicated ( if I knew I woud of asked some other lawyer to do this work- though they had a blue print- which we did not know originaly)first bill was 5 times more then on ofishial papers they charge me for leaving a voicemail ... thier explanation was they made a mistake on the paper. I signed the papers originally for them to do the work. And their one of the excuses was i was rude and rushed them. There was no explanation what so ever that everthing had a charge, Since i complained about the bill after work was done, they tried to be sniky and sent the bill to HOA, saying they work only with HOA. Why did they make me sign papers then? The second bill, they still tried to charge additional fees. So everyone knows that usually due to complications, we pay more than what it is expected but not 6 times more than paper. They just made a mistake on the pricing and somehow wanted to make it up for it - they told the HOA.
