So I called this law office to ask a quick non complicated question about chapter 11 on 3/15/23. My hopes were to be put in the right direction with my Pro/se case (mind you I call law offices around the United States and always have been greeted with professional lawyers or receptionist but not this time around). I briefly explained to the women over the phone what I wanted to and she blatantly said “there’s no one here that can help with that”, despite google saying that this is a firm that practices chapter 11. Soon at she got the word “that” out of her mouth she hung up the phone. No, I’ll give you a referral, no here’s the deleware Bar Association, just a click sound due to disconnection. Now idk how you all may feel but I couldn’t trust a company with a culture like that to handle my affaires and you shouldn’t either.
