Brian Boger is the one attorney that I will always recommend for any individual experiencing issues with their mortgage company! He worked miracles! My mortgage company sued me, I retained Brian and countersued them. I refused to pay them a dime! That was 2010. We finally reached a settlement in 2018. I stayed in my home the entire time. I was not in bankruptcy. After 8 years, they finally granted me the modification and fixed interest rate that I was entitled to. Brian is a beast against predatory lenders. He’s honest, he’s fair, he’s REAL, he’s funny at times, thoughtful in others, and he’s a beast! His associates are courteous and thorough and although it was a trying time for me, they made it bearable. I had this fight with the lenders, I had just adopted two teenage daughters, I was losing my mom to cancer, I had just been granted 90% disability from the VA from my time in the military, I had just returned from Iraq in 2009, my 18 year relationship had ended and I’d become a new grandmother.
