Horrible lawyer. Save your money, go with the public defender. This guy doesn't return calls, doesn't communicate. He is terrible.

I was a client, we sued the vcso, the vcso did not pay what they were obligated to pay, therefore it negatively effected my credit. I called and tried to get the situation addressed and rectified and Brian did not even return my calls, even after he was informed of what the issue was. My credit is now ruined and I need to contact a 3rd party to take care of what Brian could not. Brian has had years to fix this while I could not.

Brian is excellent. He's clearly seasoned and no rookie to the process. He did everything he said he would do and came through for me. Aside from his credentialed resume and his expertise, he's also a good guy. I'd recommend him and I'd retain his services again
