Christian Schank & Associates represented me during a very hard time in my life. Husband decided he didn't want the kids and I around anymore and that he felt he didn't need to be responsible for our wellbeing. That all changed when he had to stand in front of the judge. I called for a consultation, and a salesman took my call. I asked for advice and to speak with attorney. $3,000 was my answer. I called later with $3,000 on hand, but was told... my "consultant" wasn't there so I couldn't speak to anyone until he came in hours later. I told them any reputable attorneys office could make me an appointment. The reply was... "sir there is a protocal in place, give me your number and your consultant will contact you". I hung up...I don't need a commission based salesman to close the deal. A reputable law office will make my appointment regardless of who answers the phone.
