Well, I'm very disappointed and so mad at them. Unfortunately, I didn't do my homework before hiring them to represent me. Had I done that, I wouldn't never done so. My case has been prolonged due to them not paying attention to my case. When I finished with my therapy I called them to get the paperwork from clinic. It took them 4 months to get it and all because they would not call the clinic and ask for them. In between lots of bad experiences throughout the process. From not getting any calls from them, leaving messages and nobody would bother to reply in any way. Excuses, excuses all the time. To make my story short, I went on January 31th, 2023 to finish signing the insurance offer and was told that it shouldn't take more than 3 months. Guess what? It been almost 5 months. I called them like a week before the 3 months and been calling ever since with no definite answer. Everything is "oh, let me check", "Oh, the attorney is not here", "Oh, the attorney is on a phone call", etc. They never return your calls. I've asked to speak to the attorney and nothing yet. NEVER HIRE THEM.

Honorable My Dad has had a case with them for almost 8 years, i didn't know that is wasn't resolved until told me, i called them, i was told he didn't sign something so we went to there office which is 2 hrs away to sign it, told us to call in 2 weeks on Friday because he was in court all week... we do and get told the receptionist is not there and to call back Monday, called back Monday and was told that hes in court, when i tried to ask her why she just hung up! i do not know if the guy is a bad layer or not but hes bad at communicating, the receptionist is rude and they constantly back peddle and contradict themselves, it feels like they don't care about your case.

The individual who answers the phone in extremely unprofessional, will not provider her name & asks to be called "The Receptionist". She will not provide any information regarding return calls or best time to reach attorney. She questions you about the case but acts like you are bothering her with the details. When I mentioned that a hearing is coming up on this matter, she hung up. This is the second communication I have had with the law office, it has progressively become worse.

WARNING! This is a really BAD Lawyer.I Never saw her or speak to her, In 3 years. They want to give me a settlement of 5k. My case manager was terrible ill-bred the secretary's were so rude hanging up the phon. DONT HIRE THIS LAWYER! I just release this lawyer from my case. Was the best decision
