Updated review: my charges were dismissed as not guilty by jury. It was a frustrating case but it appears Laticia Mora defended me properly in the end. I say good job in the final results but still a bit upsetting due to the amount of effort it took on my end. Keep up the hard work ladies and gentlemen.

Me and my case has been neglected for a year almost. The case isn’t even that serious and I still can’t get any help in a timely manner. Then when you contact the office for the pd supervisor that’s still no better. Worst communication I’ve ever seen these people show no type of empathy nor are they passionate about their job. Just hideous before anything. This is part of the reason the system so messed up and corrupt because incompetent employees.

Extremely unprofessional, they don't care about the inmates cases nor the family members out here trying to help our loved ones locked up. They are never available to speak, you leave messages and they don't even attempt to call back. This place is garbage and lowest of the low. Shame on all of you!

The secretaries and phone operators are the worst, ignorant, unprofessional civil servant robots I have ever seen in any criminal justice system from NY, CT, NJ, FL, & CA . They don't write down nor pass along proper messages. They presume to know their public defenders' schedules, and they don't answer their phones responsibly.
