My aunt passed away suddenly and we were faced with numerous unresolved issues concerning her estate. This was compounded by the fact that none of us live in Texas. Carol answered all of our questions and explained the steps necessary to complete the probate process. There were many details, some paperwork, and a zoom court appearance over the course of the four month process. The staff at Carol’s office were informative, patient, responsive, and prepared us for all of the steps so we felt reassured. Occasionally we would have a question and call the office out of the blue and they gave us the time and attention responding to our concerns and offering further explanation. This courtesy and professionalism meant so much to us.
