Please read this before you hire this law firm. I had an accident about 2 years and 9 months ago, where I was the pedestrian and got a head injury due to the negligence of a truck driver. Someone recommended this law firm, in the beginning they sent me to some doctors like chiropractor and physical therapy but later on my msgs and calls were ignored, my medical treatment which was recommended by the same doctors they sent me to were denied by the attorney handling my case. I was told not to use any other outside doctor which can effect my case, but at the same time I was going crazy due to my pain. I was not given a single pill by any of the doctors they sent me to, not even a pain killer. I later started going to Kaiser using my own insurance for check ups and medications. After 2 years and 7 months wait, my attorney finally wanted to settle my case which he told me was going to settle for $150k and said I will receive about $10k-$15k out of that, I told my attorney I trusted you all the way and I don’t think this is enough money to cover even a quarter of my loss due to this accident, he then started scaring me and told me if I don’t settled the case now I may end up paying all those bills for the doctors he sent me to. In those 2 years and 7 months I had lost about $40k-$50k in income plus unimaginable pain and suffering and the money spend using my health insurance. I believe there was no fight on my behalf and it was only a settlement but after 2 years and 7 months wait. I ended up telling the lawyer If he was going to settle the case so easily like this then why did I have to wait this long, and told him if he is only willing to give me less than 15% of the settlement amount then he can just keep that too. He ended up offering me $22k outta the $150k settlement which I was shown no prove of that it was actually settled for $150k. Initially I had sign the agreement to that 33.33% will go to the attorney from the settlement amount plus the medical expenses. At the end attorney took 45%, $23k went to medical expenses which never helped me in my pain not even a single pill was giving to me or any other treatment for my head/brain injury. about $40k went to the law firm itself for their expenses and $22k to me after 2 years and 7 months wait despite the pain and suffer and more than $40k lost in income and left with forever migraine. So how can they tell me they fought for me when they took more than 70% of the settlement amount and left me with about 15% ? I came to this law firm to get justice and they promised to get me justice. Having to experience this, I have lost trust in those who claims to uphold the LAW. So I suggest and warn everyone not to use this law firm. They robbed me and I don’t doubt they will do the same to you. Good luck !

I the best law firm my cas was a very hard more than likely I had a lost case but Carpenter n zuckerman were able to settle Thais with out going to trial Vlad was very helpful explain to me every step I highly recommend them I wish I wouldnof known about them from the begging of my case

HORRRRRRRRRIBLE LAW FIRM!!!!! No idea how they have a 4.5 star rating. These people are COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE and when you do happen to finally get a hold of them (months later) they tell you there is 0 update on your million dollar + lawsuit. I’ve had my car TOTALED due to the accident yet I still have not received a payout or statement saying that that my car is totaled and they expect me to keep paying a $750 car payment EVERY MONTH for the last 10 months and I DONT EVEN HAVE A WORKING CAR!!!!!!!!! Don’t ever ever ever hire these attorneys. Unfortunately I was recommended to them and it was probably the worst recommendation I’ve had in my entire life. They also refuse to release me as a client because they know I have a huge settlement coming and want to make sure they get paid for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
