Atty Macaraeg handled my wifes spousal visa application back in 2004-2005. Happily for me and my wife he did a good job. He was on top of our case . I was surprised that he had run into some trouble.

He seemed to do the bare minimum in my case. Not all emails or calls were returned. My case was terminated by the National Visa Center 6 years in due to failure to respond to continuation request. Back to ground zero.

This dude is a joke. He's been giving me the run around. Then today I found out all these people were suing him. I knew it. How do I get him back? Is he still in San Diego?
