My friend told me to give the dwi guy a call after I was charged with drunk driving. I only had a couple to drink but refused the breath test because I was told they aren't accurate. We fought the case and I was found not guilty at the end of trial. I was so worried I would lose my license and have to take classes, but Dan helped me throughout the case letting me know what I could expect and what defense we were going use to show the cop didn't do everything right.

I was charged with a dwi subsequent offense and thought I would just go in and plead guilty since I was guilty. The prosecutor told me he would give me the minimum 30 days in jail and a 3 year license loss. I would have lost my job if that happened so I got a public defender. He told me the best I could get is the 30 days in jail and 3 year license loss since that was the minimum penalty and if I went to trial and lost I could face a year in prison. I called the dwi guy for a second opinion. He told me if we went to trial one of the things the state had to prove for hgiher penalties is that there was a prior dwi. Since my prior wasn't in NH he might be able to argue it didn't count. I hired him and he was able to get it reduced to a 1st offense which kept me out of jail.

I had too many drinks on Thanksgiving and got charged with a DWI. I called a bunch of lawyers and decided to hire Dan Hynes since he was the only one who only handled DWI charges. On the day of trial he was able to get the DWI dismissed.

Wendy helped me get my charge dropped. She was very detail oriented and went through everything. She filed a motion to keep out the cop from testifying and then the prosecutor offered a better plea.

After getting my second DWI I knew I needed a lawyer and couldn't just plead guilty again. A friend recommended the DWI guy. Got it reduced to a first offense.
