I was involved in a civil suit, Daniel Strann successfully defended me, but at a cost that was 3 times higher than what he had estimated it would cost. And half the amount I was being sued for. I believe I could have negotiated a settlement that would have been much cheaper than what it cost me. So word of warning if they give you a price triple it just so you aren't hit with any surprises.

If I could give this firm zero stars, I would. Randall's so-called "representation" was non existent. Randall blames the judges, the courts and the judicial system for his own courtroom failures. They are not proactive and do not communicate in a timely manner. The receptionist admittedly doesn't care about their clients. Save yourself a lot of stress and DO NOT waste your money or time here.
