This Lawyer is the worst trust Attorney out there. He is brothers lawyer and somehow conned my mother into using him for her trust. David rauzi is on court transcripts lying to Judge about my mothers trust. I have script s and emails. Right now we are waiting 4 years to close trust he is floating a loan out of trust to my brother interest free. We are waiting for my brother to pay back loan he stole from my mother so we can close trust. I been waiting months for a response from david rauzi I call all time leave messages send emails. He lies to us directly then we confront him he just blows off. My mother would be so upset with how he has handled trust. I know when I talk to him he is going to lie to me so his honesty rates right up there with Trumps.

I hired Mr. Rauzi to represent me with a bizarre case that was a complicated mess of incorrectly filed real estate deeds, ownership records and dozens of city fines over a house I believed was owned by a relative. The city had been sending me tickets and violations for 3+ years although the records show the house was not owned by me. Mr Rauzi is a calm and collected lawyer, I was worried because he was so calm but that is simply because he knows the law and knows how to handle things. The case and documents were prepared and organized, Mr. Rauzi was very effective in his arguments and case and I am extremely impressed. Mr. Rauzi knows business and real estate law and he did the very best to represent me even though I am a bit of a handful to deal with at times!
