In 2019 my husband had his immigration interview in Ciudad Juarez we were nervous as we had 2 little girls. We went to my husbands interview unfortunately we had to wait 2 months then covid hit and everything was on hold for almost 2 years my husband had to stay in Mexico then at the end of 2021 we went again to Cuidad Juarez then they told my husband he need to get another forgiveness paper. I was so sad and upset at the same time as me and my girls were going to be separated again from my husband. They don’t do anything for anyone except to get more money from the clients. My husband got deported and they never fixed his paper . I called immigration to see what papers they had filed . The law office of David Feinstein never sent anything paper work . Every time we would call them , they just keep asking to bring new bills because it’s was immigration wants updated papers of address proof. They keep us like this for years until we finished paying them for their work and never did anything. I just got a letter from they saying they have been trying to get a hold of us when it was the other way around . I called to see if they could give me a copy of my birth certificate because they lost the original one and the lady said she would call me back . Well they never did . I don’t recommend them at all if you are in their office right now than run out off there get your self another lawyer . I have to give them 1 star but it’s a 0 star for them . They pay the people to put good reviews.

The people who work here are kind, friendly, but overall professionals. They know what they are doing. They help me to get my residency and now my citizenship. When I went to Ciudad Juárez to get my visa, I did not have any problems because they did excellent job with my case.
