Barhydt Law has been the law firm for our property management company for more than 20 years. David and all of his staff are always available and quick to respond to all phone calls and emails. They sent my tenants a fake summons and forged the signature and seal of the circuit court in an attempt to get them to move out of our property before legal eviction. This cost me more time and money, which forced me to allow a non paying tenant to live on my property longer.
They are trying to make a disabled veteran a homeless veteran and that makes them bad people and bad lawyers.
