My my fiance found him to be outstanding witty sarcastic but he knows his stuff. He does a wonderful job. If you look him up on the Florida bar he does NOT have ANY reprimands what's so ever. Not only did he put his Ex's lawyer in their place but he showed how much of a complete and utter moron that his Ex is. We would love to hire him again.

David Agoston is without question the worlds worst lawyer and yes he is a total lazy ass; he will take your money and then do NOTHING until court time and become a jerck to the judge,thus you are painted with the same brush and will look bad to the judge,just look him up with the florida bar and you will see for yourself the number of complaints filed on him; his inside office staff is just as bad and most do not speak CLEARLY IN ENGLISH! here is a great tip for anyone wanting to hire David Agoston as your lawyer DONT DO IT !!!! Also look and you will see he has had to move his office in naples to a smaller location (rent too high) and has had to close his Ft Myers office (lack of clients) NOW YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Man this is quite a gentleman and scholar. He’s been babysitting me for over two years in my family law case . Not only does he challenge falsifications in a case with great brevity and a quick wit, he remains professional and punctual in the courtroom while getting an occasional laugh out of the dry courtroom full of beaureaucratic bore sacks on a Monday morning or any morning. Just enough flavor to make a fool of inexperienced lawless clowns and fight for the rights of the fallen when it comes to family law. I’m positive this is one who is wanting what was best for the children, even if he doesn’t say all the time sappy like. I’m sure I’ve heard it said a few times and not by me. Shut up and give this man your money! Or at least buy him a coffee dudes the jam.
