I called and asked Eli for some advice on expunging a record of mine, which I don't think was necessarily up his alley for his business. He was thorough and helpful, the last thought on his mind was him getting paid. Will look into them in the future for any of my needs they cover. Perception coming in was that it would be hard to find good people in the legal world.

David (Dave)Luca is a 5 Star representative for this law firm. Never ever thought I'd consider a lawyer as a friend but Dave has been exceptional in helping me with a very negative/tough situation with my divorce and custody issues. I assumed being a male that my wife was gonna take everything from me including the kids and there was nothing I could do about it, but Dave protected my rights as a good father and went the extra mile to even talk with my (ex) wife and get a fair agreement in place to save us court time/money. Very grateful to have met you Dave and thankful for all your help. 5 stars for sure

My soon to be ex husband hired Dennis Luca and it became evendantly clear he has no morals and is completely unethical. He is all about the money. He has no regards to the child/children and their health or safety. He does not care about their best interest. He is impossible to get ahold of for even the littlest of requests, and he will make up lies to prolong court dates.

Dennis Luca took my husband's money, agreed with him on the blatant MSA (Marital Settlement Agreement) violations by his ex, parental alienation and the damaging effects on the children but the DAY he went to court, he caved in to the other attorney. Money aside, he did not hold the ex wife accountable for their actions. HORRENDOUS lack of representation. He's a big, tough talker with ZERO results. And we think he was in cahoots with the other attorney or judge. The last minute bait and switch was unbelievable.

David is phenomenal! Very knowledgeable & compassionate. Highly recommended.
