Dominic Falasco was arrested in April 2016 for meth, hash and marijuana while out at 1:30 am in Merced CA. Shortly after that, several women came forward to the Merced County Sheriff's investigator, Chuck Hale, and detailed how Falasco has been charging women meth and sex for legal representation. Facebook messages were actually turned over to Merced County Court commissioner after one woman refused to give him drugs or to sleep with him and Falasco didn't show up to represent her husband in court. The court commissioner promised a full investigation but as soon as it got to Falasco's employer, Cindy Morse of Pfeiff and Morse law firm and they wife of the DA, the investigation died. A bar report was made by the victim detailing the charges and evidence. After not hearing from the bar for several months she was told that the investigator working on it left the bar and the new investigator could not find the case. STAY FAR AWAY from this law firm. If you go to his office you'll see what I mean. Windows are always covered and its inside is just creepy.
