Divorce attorneys/estate attorneys make money off your misery; I had to divide my father's IRA, took 16 months, the money was spent talking to an imbecile in the family who was not entitled to any of this money; I wish the deceased person could come back and get in their face and tell them to give his money back, this firm took almost $7000 of my father's $63,000 IRA money being divided over countless phone calls with the imbecile family member. They are inept and only want money for doing virtually ZERO. I filed a complaint with the State Board and they did nothing of course, they always side with the firm. I am going to answer the State Bar's questionnaire about the experience I had. Beware using this firm. The charge was to be $2500 came out to be the above amount. Idiots.
